On 8 November 2023, our CEO, Péter Gemza, visited Brno, Czech Republic. The theme of the international conference 'Survival Manual' was the sustainability of cultural organisations. The event, which was attended by major arts organisations from across Europe, also focused on cultural funding, international networking and cooperation with the for-profit scene.
Participants shared their experiences of different models of cultural funding, reported on the difficulties they face and sought to find common solutions to ensure the sustainability of culture in the future.
